The Congo Rovers; a Story of the Slave Squadron

Author: Harry Collingwood
Publisher: Blackie and Son
Publish Date: 1886

Something tremendous in the way of cutting out pirates and setting slaves free. We are a little afraid of works which are quite so sensational; still, boys will not read unless there is a little powder on the page. We would prefer missions to the Congo; but each one to his liking. This is a fascinating story book for lads.
